Don’t raise your child to be overly obedient!

Parenting Tips

Don’t raise your child to be overly obedient! Instead, teach them these nine essential lessons:

  • No matter who you are talking to, speak up loudly and confidently. Don’t shy away from making eye contact.
  • Don’t be afraid of socializing, and don’t overly concern yourself with friendships among classmates.
  • Learn to say no to things you don’t want to do.
  • If a classmate says something negative to you, confidently respond and stand up for yourself.
  • If someone wants something from you and you don’t want to give it, don’t timidly refuse. Ask what they are offering to you in return.
  • When you feel wronged, remember to tell your parents immediately. They will always support you.
  • Don’t place too much importance on how your teacher perceives you.
  • Have the courage to say no when faced with unfairness.
  • Always maintain self-confidence. Nobody likes someone who lacks confidence.
